Prices exclude VAT. Paid plans are set up with our team and invoiced monthly or annually by bank transfer; online card payment is not available yet. Postbackly charges only the plan price: we take no share of the commissions you pay, and we never hold or transfer commission money. Usage is shown in your dashboard. If you go over your plan, redirects and postbacks keep working and we contact you before any change.
A request to one of your tracking links. Requests marked as bots, such as link previews and Google’s ad checks, are still redirected but are left out of the click counts in your reports.
No. You pay the plan price only. Postbackly records conversions and payouts; it does not hold or transfer money between advertisers and publishers.
Yes. Paid plans are invoiced in VND to Vietnamese companies, with a VAT invoice from HQK ADVERTISING - INTERIOR COMPANY LIMITED, or in USD for customers abroad.
Raw clicks for 90 days, conversions for two years, so you can reconcile and keep accounting records. See the privacy policy.
